My order is at Hold status, what does that mean?

If your order is in hold status, it means that we are waiting for an payment from you, it may take a few minutes to 1 hour.

Can I get a refund?

Dear customer, yes we refund money for products. If code do not work, we will give you full refund to wallet.

My order is processing. What does that mean?

If your order is in processing status, it means that we have received your payment and that you will receive the product (key) in your email within a few hours.

Do I have to create an account to purchase a CD key?

Yes, you need to have an account. The reason for this is to have your email to send the product and other information for it.

Are the keys valid in all countries?

Unfortunately no! The reason is the regions.

How long does it take to receive my CD key?
